Lets just cut to the nitty gritty:
Marinade:
1 TBSP Fresh Ginger, Minced (2tsp dried ginger)
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
2 to 3 TBSP Hoisin Sauce
1 TBSP Chili Paste or Dried Chili Flakes (optional)
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Honey or Sugar

Prepare marinade ingredients in a blender, food processor, or whisk in a bowl. Pour over chicken. Marinade in fridge for 3 hours, but better overnight.
Bake on a sheet pan at 375 degrees for around 35 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
You can either save some of the unused marinade or a pre-bottled teriyaki sauce to dip the lollipops in before serving, or just eat them as is.
Garnish with green onion.
